Lots of activities for your team to sink their teeth into at Ingwe PLUS add in all the other fun stuff to do in The Crags and Plettenberg Bay area and you have an exceptional teambuilding package giving you unforgettable memories and taking back an effective and renewed team back to the office.

Below are two of our most popular teambuilding programmes. Rates for either of these programmes are R200 p/p
  • The Ingwe Journey ~ Explore a better understanding and awareness of what our capabilities are when challenged with the focus being on effective teamwork and leadership.
    Starting off with some interesting ice breakers to get the team spirit going and ending with tackling our challenging obstacle course. Although run in teams, this is not a competition against each team, but rather against yourself individually to test your abilities to work effectively within a team environment.

  • The Ingwe Explorer ~ The Path to problem solving, leadership and team intelligence
    Mostly outdoors taking best advantage of our surroundings and can be adapted go offsite to tackle various challenges testing abilities to use creative thinking and actions. Teams are timed and work on a point basis structure. If cars are used to travel to various sites you also have the option of offsetting your carbon emissions through The Green Ticket

Important stuff:
All our teambuilding packages include:
  • Briefing and de-briefing sessions, facilitators, equipment, 2 tea breaks, slide show of pictures taken (and a free copy for you!) certificates and of course new friendships.
  • Groups size – minimum 16 to a maximum 70 people. Teams are usually about 10 to 12 people in each group
  • At least half a day is required but we would love to have you for longer!
  • All participants are required to sign an indemnity form and to advise us of any medical or dietary issues that may have prior to the event.
  • Old comfy clothes and closed shoes are to be worn!
  • Meals can be provided or you are welcome to self-cater
  • Terms & conditions apply

Accommodation can be included in your package either at Ingwe or at any of the fabulous establishments in The Crags

Ingwe accommodation options:
Ingwe is the ideal venue for outdoor and nature enthusiasts offering simple but comfortable accommodation.

Forest Cottage which is right in the middle of the indigenous forest and has 8 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, a comfy lounge, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped, you only need to bring your own towels. All rooms lead onto a wooden deck – just the place to sit and soak up the tranquil beauty and sounds of the forest.

Minimum charge of R1 600 per night for up to 8 people, thereafter R200 p/p/p/n up to 16 sharing.

Dormitory cabins (2) elevated to overlook rolling valleys; these charming cabins are suitable for those who want to rough it comfortably! Bunk bed accommodation split into 2 bedrooms each sleeping 8 and the front entrance room sleeps a further 12. Sheets are provided on the mattresses and these cabins make use of a central ablution block nearby. Bring all other bedding and towels.

The main kitchen and boma is a fully equipped communal area (350m²) wooden barn style building with tables, benches for groups up to 80 plus a covered outside area and wrap around deck overlooking spectacular views. Self-catering or catered options are available.

Swimming pool, large field and braai/boma area available for you to use to relax and enjoy.
