That Place is a comfortable, friendly home where you can spend a good, relaxing holiday. Forest and pastoral views, rich birdlife - and, if you are lucky - elephants wandering through their paddocks across the valley at the Elephant Sanctuary. It’s quite a sight. It’s also right next door to Bramon Wine Estate (approx 500m) with their superb lunchtime restaurant & wines. And, we have started our own tiny little vineyard called That Wine Demesne … check out the Chews page for the Plett Winelands information.

But back to That Place:

The house has 2 levels:
Upstairs:

Two bedrooms: the master bedroom (kingsize bed) with ensuite bathroom (bath & separate shower) and the children’s bedroom (twin bedded) and bathroom next door, with a shower.
The kitchen which is well equipped and is an open-plan design with the dining and lounge area.
Wood burning fireplace – brilliant for those chilly winter nights ~ very romantic!
Dstv (compact), DVD’s, a CD music selection, and a real holiday bookcase!
Two balconies –

the elevated wooden balcony overlooking the Buffels River Gorge and the Elephant Sanctuary
the undercover balcony with the great wooden table, outside seating area and braai (barbeque).

Downstairs:

Outside, downstairs is the 3rd bedroom (twin bedded). A private retreat!

Directions:
19km East of the coastal town of Plettenberg Bay, travelling on the N2.
At the Bramon Wine Estate signs turn off the N2 (road entrance marked 21) and follow the signs to Bramon and That Place.
